If you are thinking about renting portable showers for a remote job site, there are a few things you need to figure out in order to ensure that you order the right set-up. You don't want to order the wrong set-up and discover on the job site that the showers don't work properly. With a little foresight and though, you can order the right portable restroom shower unit that will work at your job site.

What Type of Access to Water You'll Have

First, you need to figure out what type of water you will have access to for the showers. Do you have access to a water hook-up with clean water? If so, you are going to want to rent a portable shower that you can attach to a local water supply.

Do you not have access to a local water supply? If that is the case, you are going to need to not just rent portable showers, you are also going to need to rent water tanks as well. Keep in mind that bringing in water tanks is going to be expensive and will add to the cost of providing portable showers.

What Type of Access to Power You'll Have

Second, you need to know what type of power you will have access to. Are there some outlets that the portable showers can hook-up to? They will need power for the lights and for the portable showers to fully function. What kind of outlets are they? Can they support 120 volts or 240 volts of power?

If you don't have access to outlets, do you have generators that you can hook up the portable showers to? If you don't have your own generators, you are going to need to see if you can rent some portable generators in order to provide power to the outlets.

How Many People the Showers Need to Service

Finally, you need to know how many people the showers are supposed to service and within what time frame. Will there by fifty people taking a shower every day or will there only be ten? The number of people taking showers every day will impact the size and number of portable showers you will have to rent to take care of everyone's needs. You also need to consider how often people will need to use the restrooms in the portable restroom showers. Will you have separate restroom trailers at the job site or will everyone be using these restrooms?

When you have employees working at a remote site, you need to make sure you are taking care of all their needs. That means making sure that they have showers to get cleaned up at after a hard day on the job.

When renting portable restroom showers, you need to think about your access to water and power in order to choose the right type of portable showers. You also need to think about how many people will need to take showers and use the bathroom, so you can rent the number of restrooms and showers you need.
